Qualified & insured massage therapist offering sports massage therapy and a range of other massage treatments including deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, relaxing aromatic and Indian head massage.
Kate is a graduate of Coventry College in Sports Massage Therapy and Birmingham Beauty Academy in Massage Therapy. She can help people improve their overall sense of physical and mental well-being through massage, as well as assist with flexibility and mobility issues in soft tissues.
In her spare time, Kate has volunteered as a sports massage therapist at her local rugby club in Coventry and is currently a volunteer for the Freedom Network.
I arrived a bit early but Kate was really welcoming and friendly. I’ve not had a sports massage before and went as my lower back and shoulders were in pain. Kate was really professional, she eased the pain in my shoulders and completely took away the pain in my lower back. Definitely will be back, thank you so much.

I went to see Kate because i had shoulder pain and also feeling anxious and not sleeping well. The booking system was easy and efficient. Kate welcomed me warmly and immediately put me at ease. Her treatment room was relaxing and calm. Kate was thorough with her questions and throughout the treatment told me what she was doing and what to expect. I have never had a hot stone treatment before and found it really relaxing. I can really recommend Kate and will certainly be going again.
